Rooms were tiny but functional, if you don’t mind living out of your suitcase since there is very limited room to hang only 5 items or so total and no dresser. Biggest issue is we had multiple things disappear from our room, that they could never find any of them and the $100 they did locate after we checked out they refused to return unless we came all the way back to Japan to claim it. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The host was responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!"

"Property was clean, professional and helped us when we needed it. They do support luggage transport via 3rd party so we could be able to go to the airport bag less. Washer and dryer worked. Recommend getting Flair or something to unwrinkle your clothes but that was the only thing we had to do ourselves. Great place for a 7 day+ stay."

"We stayed at the annex for two weeks and we had a good time. The location is very convenient as it was a 10 minute walk from the shinjuku station and right next door was a 7-11, family mart and Lawson allowing for convenient late night snacks. The staff were also very helpful and always had a good attitude to the customers. Not to mention the many free ammenties that they provide as well."
