The staff at the hotel was very professional and dedicated to serving their clients. Checking in and out was easy. The hotel itself was clean but it's very dated. It would actually be a great movie location for an 80's based movie. It was cool and interesting to see some of their tech equipment is still from back in the day. The hotel is big but i feel it's past its prime and got stuck in time but with that being said the staff made up for it by helping and doing their best to accommodate your needs. Rooms are dated but functional. It had a great view of the Tokyo Tower. The gym and pool area are not included, theres a daily $4400 YEN fee to enter. The equipment is a bit older but very clean. The pool is big, 20ft by 66ft. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a last minute place to stay. It was priced lower than other hotels in the area. Breakfast buffet was decent, neighborhood is quiet and more of a business district. There's a few restaurants in the hotel and outside the hotel plus a Family Mart very close by. I believe they offer a free shuttle to the Tokyo Train Station. I would give the staff a 5⭐️ and the hotel a 3.5 ⭐️
