"Amazing hotel and amazing staff. So friendly and helpful "

"We had a lovely stay at Tolsei. The room was clean and amenities were great. I especially enjoyed the rain shower. The room layout was a bit tight, which I was expecting but wished there had been a few design details to help with storing luggage and clothes. The entryway of the room is right by where the shower is, so you walk into the room with your shoes in the same area where you exit the shower. There were also no hooks or places to hang towels and no room to store suitcases, so we had to close and open our suitcases every day so we had room to enter the room. The restaurant did not have great food or drink, especially considering the area, but it was convenient and the staff was friendly. The location was great for our stay, and overall we had a lovely stay. "

"I loved everything, the location is very convenient. It is very centrally located. The train station and shops where you can buy anything you need are very close by. What I didn't like was that the pool was closed—they claimed it wasn't the season—yet they didn't specify this in the reservation details. So, that really annoyed me."

"Great location - easy access to train stations - for westerners make sure to ask for western style rooms as they also offer Japanese style rooms where mattresses are on the floor and can be challenging if you are not used to it. I would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here with my girlfriend for a week, a little further out from center Tokyo, but perfect if you wanna have some space from all the busy areas at the end of the night, hotel was a perfect size for two people. Area is walkable, food spots, train station & convenience nearby. I would recommend if traveling with a partner. Very clean. I got it at a great price, compared to other, smaller hotels. Thanks. "
