Tons of outlets, multiple charging options in room as well as desk space if you're working while traveling. Fridge/freezer, coffee, hair dryer, iron+board, wi-fi, cold a/c and late 12pm checkout. "The HVAC in my room did not work. Could not turn heat of ac or fans on. Did not notice til I went to bed and then it was too late to call maintenance or change rooms. I informed the desk attendant to have fixed for the next guest "
