"Excellent hotel within walking distance to Roma Termini which gives you access to public transportation, metro, trains, etc. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff was amiable and helpful."

"I loved the proximity to so many tourist locations and the staff all wonderful. Waited til I arrived to help me with check in & helped me get a transfer to & from airport. The biggest complaint I have is that it’s advertised as having a breakfast buffet even with pictures (multiple pictures for that matter) of a dining room, food and coffee machines, fruit, etc… And they have nothing, that was the main reason I reserved this place. False advertisement!! "

"Great location for sightseeing and a few blocks to train station- this worked well for our day trip to Florence by fast train and walking distance to shopping, the national museum of Rome and short bus or uber ride to all tours and areas we wanted to visit. Quiet hotel great for sleeping. Next time I would request a room with a better view- we faced a wall. We were spoiled by the staff- everyone was very friendly and caring! "

"My room had very tired furniture and an extremely small shower cubicle. Cleaners came in every day with clean towels and sheets. Bed okay as was rest of bathroom space "

"Rooms could do with being updated - found it odd that there was on only two plug outlets nether of them by the bed. All plug outlets were hanging out the wall broken but luckily they still worked! Staff were really friendly as my girlfriend is gluten free. "
