"Mom and I had a great stay in the Post Office (2 bedroom, 1 bath). The ride in is on a washboard dirt road. Check in was a little difficult to find (find the Saloon, it’s in the same building). We had the Bed and Breakfast package through Expedia - it doesn’t come with any other meals or activities. We ate dinner at The Longhorn (not the chain restaurant) in Tombstone before returning to the ranch Saloon at the ranch. The bartender was wonderful and full of info about the area. The chef said she had enough dinner to serve us, but we were so full we declined. We did indulge in some fried zucchini later, and they were delicious. The beds were very comfy and pillows were plentiful ( I didn’t need to bring out my pillow from home). Mom commented the next day about how quiet it was overnight.
Breakfast was served inside the restaurant (the chuckwagon breakfast is only served on certain days). Eggs were prepared as ordered, and everything was delicious!
After breakfast we visited the horses. We did not have food for them, but many of them came up to visit! They have horses of every size on this ranch. We fell in love with sweet “Bertha”!
We had a great visit overall and look forward to visiting again next year!"
