"The breakfast was fresh but not much varieties . Excellent accommodation however few minor things needs attention like the electric kettle and coffee machine were outdated to the standard and price of the accommodation and also we noticed one of the toilet brush was dirty as this needs to be changed very frequently "

"Der check in war völlig überfordert. Die Zimmer waren um 16:30 noch immer nicht sauber. 40 Minuten warten am check in. Kein Manager verfügbar. Teils 2-3 andere Gäste mit deutlich weniger Geduld parallel unzufrieden. Für den Preis inakzeptabel. Das Gebäude ist sehr schön, akzentreich und vom Design sehr gelungen. Umso überraschter war ich über die meiner Meinung nach wenig kreativ gewählten Möbel in den Zimmern die eher an funktionelle Einrichtung erinnern und nicht das gehobene des Gebäudes...

"Das Superior Zimmer war angenehm groß und sauber. Aus der Dusche lief leider auch das Wasser heraus (das scheint irgendwie ein Problem zu sein die Duschen richtig abzudichten, war auch im Hilton und Steigenberger so) Frühstück: große Auswahl, alles sehr lecker, und endlich gab es zum Frühstück auch Sekt (wenn ich Urlaub mache, dann möchteich das mit einem Glas Sekt beginnen) Die Lage war perfekt"

"I could live here! We were here for 1 night and then travelled to Frankfurt. We came back to Düsseldorf and decided to reserve for an additional 2 nights due to the cleanliness and communication and value. It is actually an apartment with everything you need. Love it here. Hope to come back some time. "

"Friendly staff. Relatively small room but clean, modern and efficient. Bidet and heated seat toilet is a nice addition. As is frequent, my double bed had a noticeable crack in the center so you need to pick a side to sleep. Price was very decent. I recommend."

"We checked in after 15 hours of travel from Canada checking in was smooth it was around 5:00pm when we got into our room and tried to sleep there was construction going on in the room right above us requested room change was moved from 2 to 5 floor and was still disrupted by continuous construction into the evening. Was told breakfast is included and when we checked out in the morning we were charged another 45 euros for a mediocre buffet . Definitely was not a pleasant welcoming to Dusseldorf...

"It was warm in Dusseldorf when I arrived so I asked if there was a fan in the room. No, they said. I asked if the windows opened. Yes, of course, they said. The window opened only at the top and almost no fresh air could get in because the curtains blocked the opening.
