The outside backdoor window was broken and the secure door was bent, as if attempts to gain entry were made. My room featured a door that didn't align properly with the frame, raising additional safety concerns and the feel that there had also been attempts to gain entry. "So many issues I will list them individually. 1. Parked vehicle in ramp upon arrival - access phone at entry door does not reach anyone. You have to walk downstairs and walk through WIDE OPEN doors on the main level at 10 PM. 2. Room 316 smells from marijuana and cigarettes. This is a non-smoking room. 3. Bathroom is falling apart - faucet drips, faucet trickles out water when turned on, toilet seat is broken, shower takes 10 minutes for water to warm up 4. Room was extremely cold. Set...

"It was very quiet at night. Room was kind of sketchy. Folks must smoke in motel. Was pretty smelly of cigarette smoke. Staff was friendly and helpful!"

"The a/c worked fine. Early today I submitted a review. No towels in room, none at the front desk, except dirty ones which I took because I wanted a shower. Different staff excuses for no towels. The night staff man said "Housekeeping didn't show up." When I complained to the morning check out staff person, he said basically "not our fault people steel them." Will never go back there again. "I went with my 2 daughters and 4 grandkids. Excellent pool and whirl pool. Our room was amazing, 3 rooms with 3 TVs, kitchen, sofa, even a dishwasher. We will return there again."
