"Location is great, not far from airport, nor from downtown and other major areas in Charlotte. Definitely recommend renting a vehicle, at least for us it was best. Lots of food options nearby, coffee shops etc. Hotel staff was very nice, room and hotel itself was very clean. We felt very comfortable and well attended. Overall nice experience! "

"My recent stay at Comfort Suites University Research Park in Charlotte was overall mediocre—neither terrible nor particularly impressive. Upon arrival, the room initially seemed fine, but a few issues quickly stood out. The refrigerator had clearly not been cleaned out prior to my check-in, and there was leftover pizza inside that had a noticeable smell. "Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Stained couch, chair and carpet. Smelled like pee. The carpet was sticky. We had two children with us and this was absolutely the nastiest experience we have ever had and we trace a lot."

"We have a very nice room. The pool wasn't avaliable yet. The breakfast was fruit, waffles, or bagels. Coffee only to drink unless you wanted to buy drinks from a machine. "

"I would steer clear of this motel. Smelled as if they had been smoking cigars. Sheets were stained. Worst mattress I’ve slept on in my life. It felt so hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. Pillows looked and felt so old and flat like if the filling was missing. Toilet seat had stains all around it. And to top things off there was a power outage that lasted over an hour.
