When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. "It makes Fawlty Towers look professional, friendly and clean. Couldn't quite believe this is a functioning institution. The fact they refuse to refund the booking only adds insult to injury. Shame on Hotels.com for even listing this place. And shame for them not protecting their users by refunding themselves."
