"Room was spotless, and one of the best appointed rooms we've had in Europe. Lots of room and great in-room amenities. Location is perfect for exploring Girona, with easy access to the old town. No need for a car once you get here. Staff was very friendly, and fluent in English, French, Spanish and Catalan."

My daughter and I lost a set of dominoes (that had extreme sentimental value) and he went out of his way (& spent a good amount of time) to find them. With the help of a coworker, he found them in a room slated for renovation the next day. I was tremendously impressed by his good natured determination. "Such a great place to stay as a female solo traveler!! Great price, friendly staff, snacks available in the lobby, and it was overall a great experience! The halls could be a little noisy at night but that’s understandable! Would definitely stay here again for the price!!! "

"Super clean room with all of the necessary amenities. Location is terrific if you want to walk Mataró or take the train to Barcelona or Girona. We were there in the winter so can't speak to the crowds of summer but plenty was open and there are lots of options for food nearby. Just be aware that there is free parking for only 30 min. inside the marina gates but then you can go onto the nearby street and park for free. The spa, although a little pricey, is an exceptional treat. "
