"Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends."

"It is extremely disappointing that such an unsatisfactory property is featured on your website. Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. "Our stay was fantastic! Very comfortable, clean, and accesible to the main areas in Cardiff. The Castle is only a 5 minutes walk, as well as plenty of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Perfect place if you have a car as it has private parking. There is also a washer machine which is very convenient when traveling for a while. Overall a great place to stay in the heart of Cardiff. Super recommended! "

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"Amazing value for money and apartment was really nice just tired in a few areas. Curtains need replacing, also bathroom door needs to be fixed. Lovely apartment decor but cleanliness could be better. I trod on a small bit of glass and there was some melted chocolate substance on the bed side table that should have been cleaned. Could not fault the value for money. "

"Parkgate never fails to deliver spotlessly clean beautiful rooms plenty of space very comfortable bed able to get a good night sleep no nose from outside and they do a lovely breakfast with plenty of variety, Able to book in early as the room was ready staff are amazing, Stayed there a few times and looking forward to our next day"
