"Buenos dias el sabado me hospede en sus instalaciones y cuando llegue al cuarto estaba abierto y las sabanas mal puestas verifique si habia alguien en el cuarto pero no habia nadie. El staff muy servicial y amigable. La muchacha que me recibió muy atenta conmigo. Solo fue lo del cuarto"

"The hotel was well kept but there was NO HOT WATER to shower with. We informed front desk staff and they advised us to let the shower faucet run for 10 min to allow hot water to run. We let it run 45 min and still no hot water. Also the room was freezing because you could not control the AC. There was no microwave or phone in the room to call front desk if needed. I was very disappointed."

"The place/setting is incredible. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. The pictures will never reflect the real beauty of the setting. The hotel itself has a positive ambiance of relaxation and peace. The pool area is also beautiful (I would only recommend adding heating to the water). The staff is very kind and welcoming. If you add breakfast to your reservation, the staff can bring you the breakfast outside you cabin. If you choose to have diner in the evening is also very peaceful and you will be receive good attention. The bathroom needs some updates, but I definitely recommend the place. The hotel includes a Ceiba (tree) trail that reflects the beauty of the mountains and nature. You can visit the river within a walking distance."
