"It's a fairly new hotel and everything was clean, tidy and well maintained plus very friendly staff. The only minor complaint was that there were no real options, other than walking a few blocks, to self park ones car. The valet service was very good and fast, but it is an extra CDN$55 per day. "Modern hotel with multiple control panels for curtains and lighting. A bit of overkill with this level of customization provided for controlling the many lighting options. Floor motion sensors turn on certain bathroom lights automatically in the middle of the night which can be very disruptive for those who prefer to sleep in darkness. "Each and every staff member that we interacted with was exceptional. Every single interaction made us feel valued and you felt like they were genuinely interested in making us feel welcome. The room and food was spectacular, but the service and staff was like nothing I have ever experienced."

"I didn't like the complimentary breakfast.Because there was four people that stayed in the room in a double bed suite with 2 beds But 2 ppl had to pay because they only give you 2 free breakfast a day. Not nice to do actually . And no complimentary tea or coffee is a huge issue . That's one thing most hotels do and it is greatly appreciated instead of having to leave hotel."

"We had a great stay here, the room was absolutely beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff were incredible and very helpful they also made sure to update us to any changes well in advance during our stay. The one downfall was that unfortunately the pool and hot tub were under remodeling during our stay. We were notified about 2 weeks before we arrived, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was super helpful and friendly. The room by far exceeding my expectations. I was on the 17th floor and the view was gorgeous, and it was considered the less expensive city view vs the more expensive view of the CN tower. The room was very clean and well maintained. I ordered uber eats and they didn't provide utensils so a quick call to concierge and she offered to have them delivered to the room or for me to walk...
