Room seemed outdated. 1 faucet out of our 2 did not work properly. When you would turn it on it would just spray everywhere out of control. Air system was noisy. Walls/wallpaper were not in good condition

One King West Hotel & Residence
Toilet had problems. Drinking Water bottles never arrived at the room as front desk said it would. No parking for SUVs so had to find a private lot to park at.
