Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
"A/C was down for 21 hours in 37 degree heat. The front desk kept telling us someone was on their way up but nobody came until several requests and 21 hours later. Maintenance had it back on with in minutes. Frustrating to pay $2000 to say at a hotel that brushes you off"

"Everything was as expected and more. Staff at reception were excellent. Exhaust fan in the washroom did not work so lots of condensation on the mirrors. Bed was very very comfortable. Slept really good."
