We had an excellent family stay, we've stayed at several hotels in the downtown Toronto and RIU Plaza has been our best experience so far. The staff are amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Calls for maintenance (blocked shower drain) and extra pillows etc were answered and remedied in minutes. ...

One King West Hotel & Residence
Had a great stay at One King West. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect-easy to walk around and find what you need. We stayed on the 39th floor and had an incredible view. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable.
