"Gian at the front desk welcomed me with a smile, helped me upgrading my room and gave me all the information I needed for my stay. I made my booking not knowing that FIFA would be going on so a few of the things that I wanted to do, I couldn't. Staying at this hotel with the added amenities made that a non-issue. My upgraded room had something that I personally have never seen in a "hotel", a stove and a washer and dryer. I didnt cook anything but being able to wash and not pack dirty clothes was great! Know thats its about 30 minutes from downtown Toronto BUT less than 10 minutes from the airport. Moxies (the bar) has double Happy Hour which was awesome...you have to try the blackened shrimp tacos and the potstickers. I would absolutely use this hotel again. Oh, my room could've been cleaned a little better since there was a plate of food with a dirty napkin left in the stove...hate to put that out there but dont want whoever reads to have the same experience based on all the positives that I've expressed."

"Our stay was incredible! A special thank you to Jessie at Clockwork, who went out of her way to make our evening truly memorable. She was, without question, the highlight of our stay. Watching her craft specialty cocktails was a show in itself, and her exceptional service left a lasting impression. I will be candid: the service at Reign and The Library could use some attention. Both experiences fell below expectations due to a noticeable lack of attentiveness. That said, the quality of the food more than compensated for the service shortcomings, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will forever remember our stay at the Fairmont. Its rich history, elegance, and atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience and a memory we will cherish for years to come."

"A/C was down for 21 hours in 37 degree heat. The front desk kept telling us someone was on their way up but nobody came until several requests and 21 hours later. Maintenance had it back on with in minutes. Frustrating to pay $2000 to say at a hotel that brushes you off"
