"For a Sheraton, I would expect a higher quality. The room was clean, but old. The furnitures are OLD, the bathtub makes sounds (cracking). Only one elevator was working and it was a long weekend and you can imagine the line ups in front of it… However, the staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good."

"We had a particular front desk member make our stay wonderful. Her name was Maria, she went above and beyond for us. It was our first time staying here and it was a wonderful stay, the hotel was beautiful and clean. Will definitely rebook here!"

"I stayed only one night, needed clean and quiet room and that's what I got. It actually surpassed my expectations. Breakfast was good and satisfying, even at 10 when it supposed to close they were still bringing fresh food. Very happy with my stay."

"The front desk staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable and well kept. The issues I had with the property were the cleaning staff who made noise cleaning the room next to me and waking me from my nap at 4:00 pm and the large groups of kids that were very noisy. The dining area needs to be more private and less of an open plan space. It is right in front in the lobby and near the front desk which makes the place busy and confusing. I prefer quieter properties and would be mindful of...

"Clean spacious rooms with a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Very helpful staff. Found it convenient. Parking was also included. The only shortcoming we found was that the AC is not turned on until May 23 rd and since we visited the week before that, the rooms got a bit hot and stuffy. Apart from that everything else was excellent"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. We traveled as a family of 6, and from the beginning the experience was frustrating. Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made moving around the hotel very difficult and time consuming for a large family. The bedding situation was unacceptable. One bed had a blanket while the other bed only had a bedsheet. When we requested additional bedding, we were initially given only one...

"Replace cracked sinks and damaged toilets CLEAN the room!!! We found garbage on the floor, hair in the shower, and a big clump of nasty hair on the carpet beside the couch. One staff wouldn’t move out of the way for me to exit the elevator, I had to almost push my way out. Not impressed with this location at all. VERY disappointed!!!"
