"Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect.
When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. The next day the kitchen towel was taken and not replaced. "Really fantastic place for cleanliness, pool amenities and being near the Alvor Boardwalk. The included breakfast is also top notch with an insane number of options.
That said, despite the room being top notch, spacious and clean, easily the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Slightly shocking for a mid/higher end place."

"This hotel is heaven. The staff were super helpful and lovely. The beach was amazing. The food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The spa was fantastic. I had a massage and facial. My only comment would be that the bakery/cafe by the pool stay open later. I was a solo traveler and I had the most relaxing and peaceful stay."
