"We were given a different room than we booked (same price but smaller), with natural light only coming through the door (this is pretty normal in the area but not great in winter). Shower wasn’t great as the door didn’t close properly and the water didn’t flow well. Service was a bit impersonal with little explanation of the grounds. Staff didn’t seem to particularly care about guests. Overall ok for the price but wouldn’t come back."

"Although we had a lovely stay, it seemed like more of a hotel online than it actually was. There's nobody there not are there any amenities so the restaurant and courtyard are really not to use because there's no staff working there. The breakfast is not on-site. We needed to walk a block or so and go into a cafe where we could have coffee or juice and a pastry. I'm not much of a breakfast person so it wasn't a huge deal but it just felt misleading. All of the "services" they offer were...

"A very very beautiful hotel. The attention to detail is amazing. All of the staff goes out of their way to assist you. Food is restaurant is excellent. The breakfast was the best we had in all our stays. The surrounding area flowers shrubbery was beautifully maintained. Martina checked us in and could not be more helpful. Very very pleasant staff. Everyone says good morning, hello etc would love to stay there again"

"The hotel is situated off the beaten track and it was very peaceful there, which is just what we were looking for. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable, we also had a patio with a lovely double sun lounger. The bathroom was fantastic with a very spacious shower. "The trullo with hot tub was incredible. The staff was super welcoming and the breakfast was included. Parking was included. Dinner at their restaurant was delicious and the property was very quiet."

"The hotel had a good sized free carpark with gates .and was very near the restaurants and bars in town, so no need to move the car in the evening. The welcome was warm, the room was small but clean. The breakfast had good pastries, but the protein items were always a bit repaid and the juice was squash. We ate dinner one night which was very good."
