"The location has breath taking view's of the Gulph of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Naples, and sunsets while dining. The chef prepared excellent meals. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a beautiful gold Erard harp from 1428 and a piano that Franz Liszt played."

"Cute little place in a somewhat quiet area. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Friendly staff when checking in. Comfortable bed, decent sized room, great shower! The breakfast served at the door was a nice touch and well appreciated. Weird check in system, as it is an apartment converted into a hotel. We could hear the neighbours (mostly their kids) screaming at 10pm. Not so pleasant. Also, the property’s description states access to a pool, which is nowhere close to that location....

"We had a good stay at Villa Patrizi. The staff was super helpful, and the location on Caprì made it walkable. We weren’t able to make it for breakfast, but I enjoyed the pool with my 15month old and we had a nice time. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the two Juliette balconies that we could view the street from. It was a comfortable and quiet room with lots of space and modern bathroom. Air conditioning was quiet and easy to use. The smart tv and mini fridge with water were well appreciated as well. Breakfast had good choices and Paula arranged for it to come earlier as we had to leave by 8:30. I highly recommend this choice for anyone who wants to stay in the core of Naples as it is...

"Modern and stylish decoration. Very clean and spacious room. The staff are really friendly. Our room is just next to the rooftop restaurant so it was a bit noisy in the morning as they started to prepare the breakfast around 7:15 am. However it did not really affected us since we are early risers. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the train / bus station, and 10 minutes to the port. Highly recommended!"

"This is an excellent option for travelling without a car. This property is a short walk from the Pompeii main train station and right around the corner from the metro station. The Pompeii ruins are a 15 minute walk away and there are lots of dining and shopping right next to the property. One of the highlights is the breakfast credit to the pastry shop De Vivo right downstairs. The room was a good size and there is a nice common area to relax outside. "What fun Naples is and what a great place to stay. The old apartment block was amazing like being in a film set. My room was modern clean, quite and comfortable. The location was only 10 minutes from all the action. Naples old town on a Saturday night is a sight to behold. The Napolase didn’t get the memo about Italian stereo types."
