"This is a fabulous BNB! Ada was in constant communication with us to ensure our arrival went as planned. Massimo gave us history of our room which was exactly as pictured. Restorations uncovered under many layers beautiful frescos. The bathroom addition was brightly lit, the shower was large and lots of water pressure. "Very pleasant experience!
The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. I had trouble finding taxi and she helped me with it which was a life saver for me.
The place is very pretty, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a faint smell of a scented candle, optimal temperature and soft instrument music. The room was very clean and was cleaned...

"Super Netter Service, bei der Anreise kam es zur einer Verspäteten Ankunft und der Mitarbeiter hat mit uns telefoniert und so gar auf uns gewartet.
So ein toller Service sieht man gerne.

"Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. "Our stay was great, included breakfast, able to walk up, yes, lots of uphill to the Cathedral. The Campo was a bit further past the Cathedral, easy downhill walk. The host greeted us as planned, our checkin was smooth. Check out was also easy.I had trouble getting a taxi back to the train station, a communication problem. The walk was not too bad, there are escalators and moving walkways."

"This hotel is in a great location in Siena as you can almost drive to the door (you do need to park away from the hotel) to drop off luggage and you are on the edge of the old town of Siena and its square. We had a balcony with a great view of the old town and breakfast and service from the front desk were great!"

"The stay was very comfortable. The rooms are as to be expected in an old Italian building… small but pretty. The view out of the back terrace was stunning, just remember to bring bug spray as the mosquitos were in full force."

"This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. "
