"Het was schoon. Heel ruim, ruimer dan verwacht. Het hotel is groot, mooi, gezellige serene sfeer. Goeie ligging, mooi zwembad. Zeer uitgebreide lunch/ ontbijt. Het inchecken kostte wel veel tijd. Dat was een minpunt. Maar verder was alles super. Zeer zeker een aanrader. "

"The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money...

"Firstly, every member of staff were so welcoming and did everything possible to ensure we had a good holiday. Room was spotless and well equipped for self-catering. Position one street back from beach. Only downside was that towels only changed every 3 days and sheets weekly although I believe you can pay for extra service."

"We loved this hotel as soon as we got there. It felt like home. Relaxed and not too formal. Friendly, personable staff were helpful, nice garden, outdoor places to sit. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom. We stayed 5 nights and had breakfast there every morning before going out exploring. We would definitely stay here again if going to Torremolinos. "
