"I like the fact that if you want a pack of chips or a chocolate, you don't have to pay 5 or 6 dollars, as I do at the Hilton. Great room, very clean and fresh. I did not like that when I arrived, I tried to book a table for dinner; there was nothing available. I ended up sitting on a stool in the bar to eat dinner, which would never have happened at the Hilton. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful."

"The Mantra Tonsley was a great choice for our one weeks accommodation - whilst visiting our family - The only drawback we had was the bar closing so early - last night being Friday night we had family come to have dinner with us and was asked to leave at 8.30 pm so that was disappointing all in all a very nice hotel"

"The room was comfortable and clean but unfortunately the tv remote did not turn on the tv. so i rang down and a staff member came and helped me out by switching the tv on behind the tv. he was most apologetic they did not have the right batteries. Meal was lovely and staff were great and most helpful."
