"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. "The staff were hands down amazing. I am so appreciative of all of them to the cleaning crew to office staff. We decided not to rent a car, although I’d 100% recommend that you do. The hotel arranged all our transportation to and from the airport. Had the same local driver, Walter, who was great! We are not bilingual so Denis was a lifesaver and great to talk to. The views and surrounding area are breathtaking. I would like to note to other travelers, this is a eco boutique so there will be bugs....

"This tranquil hotel is a highlight of our trip. Such a peaceful place. Nice rooms, great beds, entertainment room, full kitchen for guest use and a delicious breakfast is available. Highly recommended and not far from SJO airport. The staff was very helpful and so nice!"
