"This was a great place - highly recommend. Not sure, but almost appeared it has been recently updated, everything looked new. Rooms were great and comfortable -- had Seaview upper floor room -- more than ample space, heated bathroom floors! On-site free parking. Restaurant was very nice and breakfast was included and perfect way to start day. Staff was excellent. Great place to stay."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location, near mountain views, a quaint bridge and river. The hotel has a restaurant attached with amazing food. Breakfast was well worth it. The room itself was newly updated. It had a fan, radiator, heated towel racks, and a very comfortable bed. They had cute snacks, water, and hot cocoa in the room!"

"This place sounded like a place you'd find in Australia. Not to be confused with Australis's own Wolf Creek. The isolation is the only thing these two places have in common, but Tingle Creek is a much more peaceful and quiet location. "The perfect location for all of your Isle of Skye exploration. Nice staff and good clean rooms. My husband and I found the room nice with a beautiful first floor view of the grounds but a little cramped and maybe needing a little refresh. We were told it was an upgrade due to the view, however the room was next to the housekeeping closet which meant it was quite loud early in the morning. The breakfast each morning was lovely. Everyone we met on staff was really helpful and kind."

"Wir haben 2 Nächte nicht geschlafen weil das Bett viel zu schmal war; es ist nicht mal ein Queen Bett sondern viel schmaler. Reserviert haben wir ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten oder ein Doppelbett aber wir haben auch mit anderen Touristen gesprochen und alle haben derselbe Problem gehabt. Für so ein teures Zimmer erwartet man mindestens einen richtiges Bett. Frühstück ist einseitig und ohne Auswahl; Abendessen ist OK aber nur OK. "Main issue with the property is it’s location, the state of the access road which is narrow and full of pot holes and some of the rooms. They gave us a room in the attic which was more like a closet turned into a room. The bed was small and not comfortable. We were jet lagged and woke up late so couldn’t try the breakfast, but we did try the bar which was good but overpriced."
