"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "Accommodations are as pictured and views are amazing of Manarola. Lovely garden area to enjoy. Extremely kind hospitality. Close to trails…Corniglia to Manarola starts very near property. Plenty of places to eat in town. The only downfall is Corniglia is up a hill from the train. There is a bus that would drop you right at the hotel however the volume of passengers significantly out numbers the bus capacity. We were there late April so don’t know if it gets better or worse. Must be prepared to either walk the hill with your luggage or climb the stairs. Highly recommend this location if it meets your needs. "
