Lovely Hotel

Great hotel. Some issues with electrics but hey ho it happens. Not within Their control but all dealt with best they could. Rooms lovely and modern and clean. Food very good. Facilities also very good .

Totally recommended

It was really good. The hotel is 1 minute walk from the beach. The personnel was nice and attentive at all times. Bedrooms are good size, with a balcony and air-conditioning.

Good hotel

Very big hotel with more than 300 roms. Had everything you wish for a sun vacation The location was excellent close to the beach. We had breakfast and it was good. A bit noisy because there were so many people. We can recommend the hotel, but like these kind of hotels it’s quite charmless.

Great Hotel & Location

We got to the Hotel around 11.45pm as it was a evening flight but when we got there we were greeted and made felt very welcome. The location of the hotel was fantastic and the morning breakfast was great as it had a very wide choice to eat. Definitely recommend and will hope to return back soon.

Accomodation was in one of the many squares beside many restaurants, bars and shops. The accomodation was huge like being in a house. The kitchen was ultra modern. Only 3 bedrooms being used. Felt I had the house to myself Great dpot

Good: Coffee at breakfast Big shower in rooms Pool area quite good Animation team / programme Good location near the beach Drinks well priced for example, €3.50 for wine Bad: Not good customer service from anyone except the animation team. Staff generally seemed miserable and often only spoke Spanish. No pool towels. Constant angry fight with room cleaners for towels. Rooms quite small for 2 adults 2 kids. Buffet repetitive. Not good options for vegetarian and often items contained meat that were on the face of it vegetarian. Lots of good restaurants nearby so consider taking breakfast only and go out for dinner (which is what we should have done) Told off for sitting on couch arms!

June 2024 stay.

We were allocated a street view room as requested when we made the booking. Check in was straight forward and the staff at reception were friendly. our room had been refurbished and was spotlessly clean. The restaurant has been modernised and breakfast service is now less stressful than in previous years. The pool area is looking a little bit tired and would benefit from an update. Also it would be nice if there was a policy to not allow saving sunbeds by putting a towel on them at 10.00 and not actually using them until lunchtime. We would be more than happy to return at a future date as a stay here is excellent value.
