They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling.
