"Very nice rooms but it is an extended stay hotel and the room is not cleaned more than once a week. They will supply towels as needed. They did not explain this upon check in. There is no breakfast provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Most of the staff was very friendly."

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. "Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

"Wonderful setting; hosts Joe and Bill are fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The grounds charmed us and are wonderfully kept. The only issue is that the room we had needs a deep cleaning. Tons of dust on the overhead frame of the bed as well as large amounts of dust bunnies on parts of the ceiling and walls. However the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend the Inn as a great place to stay."
