"The property is clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. Staff was friendly during check-in/out. The included breakfast ends earlier than most other hotels at 9am. Also, parking is not included in the room rate. It is an additional $15 to park in the hotel lot."

"We had a 14 hour layover in phoenix and the staff had a room cleaned and ready for an early check in. The shuttle driver picked us up from the airport recommended places to eat within a 2 miles radius that he was able to take us to. Will stay again if I need to"

"I was able to get my pick up from the airport within 10/15 mins after I called. The driver was super friendly and helpful. I got an early check in, clean room and very comfortable. There’s a nice variety of snacks and drinks to purchase at their mini shop. Everyone was super polite and helpful. The breakfast here was better than the Hyatt I stayed at in Miami. Overall I would recommend here and def would return."

"It's a nice hotel and there is a rooftop bar. We were given vouchers for free margaritas, smoothies, and coffee for our stay. The margaritas were good, but the smoothie's were sugar bombs and undrinkable. They had free bottled waters in the mini fridge and $8 Evian on the counter. We were charged for the Evian even though we didn't touch it. Took several days and tried to get the hotel to reverse the charge and confirm it was refunded. A disappointing experience for a Westin."

"The whole experience was great. Food was good… Room is clean… And they were very accommodating when their shuttle broke down… By getting us a ride."

"The photos online were not an accurate representation of the property. The pool had a very strong chemical smell, making it unpleasant to use. The elevators were not working during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. The patio seating area had broken tables, and our room had a noticeable musty odor. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations based on the online listing."

"This is a wonderful hotel. This was our second stay here. It is the only hotel we intend to stay at whenever we are in Phoenix. The grounds, building, rooms, staff, food - all top notch. Special shout out to LaDonna at the front desk - Thank you!! Forgot to mention, the beds are the BEST in our opinion and the rooms quiet! Stay here - you'll be glad you did"
