"The staff were friendly The room was clean. We had no hot water in our shower. The bed frame was propped up with 3 books. Breakfast was over well before the posted time. The hotel is located directly beside the highway with lots of trucker parking next to it. The check in desk is surrounded by plexiglass. When we arrived, there were 2 police cruisers at the entrance."

"First of all, in spite of the name and signage, this is NOT a Hampton Inn or anything like it. It's a 1950s-style horizontal one-story layout. It didn't seem like a good choice when we saw spare toilets lining the outdoor corridor leading to our room. BUT: our room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, the bathroom was updated with good water pressure - all the essentials and a relatively economical room rate. Pleasant staff."

"Very clean. No mold in bathroom, toilet shiny clean and not a speck of dust. Sheets and towels clean and fresh. Staff very helpful and just nice/laid back. This is an older property, do not confuse this with ‘run down’ it’s NOT! Its not shiny new, completely updated, and perfect. If you are looking for a new place without a ding the this is NOT your place. If you are looking for a quaint, charming, clean and quiet place, with nice friendly staff… this is it. We were extremely happy with it...

"As soon as I checked in I was ready to go home. Weird smell as soon as you walk into lobby and warm. Room and property are old and need updates. We would get wiffs are cigarettes when going to our room. The beds were decent, but each bed only comes with 3 small pillows. I asked the front desk for 2 more, they said they only had 1 more in the entire hotel & wrote my room number down to make sure it was returned. We did not eat the breakfast as it did not look appetizing. I had hoped for some...

"The room was very nice and the little touches, like rolled towels to look like an animal and the toilet roll with the flower were extra special. The whole place, lobby, halls, rooms, and elevators were always very clean. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel so welcomed. This was my second time back and when I walked in, the young man at the desk greeted me by name! I will always come back here when I am in the area. Comfy beds, good breakfast, great staff."
