"I reserved the room for 11 nights, however, I ended up staying there for only 9 nights due to an updated flight schedule to Australia.
I highly recommend travellers consider "Cozy Rooms in Bright Walkout Suite - Newly Renovated 2026" for their next stop in Richmond Hill. The host provides a clean room and comfortable room for guests to stay in safety.

"There was a stain on my bed flat sheet. The door has terrible soundproofing. I got woken up every day at 8 am with children and adults screaming and talking in the hallway. You can hear everyone's doors slam shut all day. However, the staff is very friendly, and there is complimentary coffee and breakfast."

"The property was clean, tidy and in a great location for our specific needs on the trip.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area was quite modern with a variety of sitting arrangements and a great outdoor space. The hotel is a very quiet neighborhood and safety was never an issue for us. It is close to major roads and public transportation.
The staff were awesome and we were explained the parking charge during the checking process.
We didn't get to use the pool and thus I can't speak...
