"The staff is very kind. Everyone from the receptionists to the kitchen staff that helps out with breakfast is a pleasure. There’s a tall older gentleman that works the breakfast shift and showed our son how to use the pancake maker, he was very nice and accommodating to us at all times. The receptionists were great as well. One was kind enough to show our son how the keycards are reprogrammed when we extended our stay by a day. Everything else during our stay was relatively expected, we usually book holiday inns when we travel because they’re affordable and consistent. However the stand out at this one by far was the service. It was our first time in Kingston and it was great, but what really made the difference was the staff here. 10/10 service would recommend to anyone, especially families. Give everyone a raise and a vacation. "

"This was my second time staying at Howard Johnson hotel , loved it the 1st time and just as much the 2nd time . The front check-in was perfect and the staff were very courteous. Stayed a few days and my room was cleaned everyday day . Also Abby’s restaurant was great as well , the food was some of the best I’ve had anywhere and the prices were amazing. "
