"This is an older property that covers the basics at a good price. We stayed for 3 days and our towels were changed out each day. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was offered in the office each morning. If you are okay with just the bare basics, this is a fine place to stay while visiting Ithica and the surrounding areas."

Each room has their own tall double Adirondack seats to enjoy the lovely view of Lake Seneca ( I hope I’m stating the correct lake I’m
Not from round these parts! lol ) we did visit the area after everything had closed for the season mostly. All the boats were wrapped and lifted out of the water for the oncoming winter...
