"This motel was the perfect stop over for a concert at ArtPark and a day trip to the falls/Canada. Overall the property is clean, easy to find, and reasonably maintained, I especially appreciate the clear communications we received leading up to check in and easy parking. The river view and restaurant t right across the street were a big bonus! The property was indeed clean, but the bathroom fan and wall AC unit needed a deep cleaning to clear dust, mold and debris. "I went there and they told me that I had booked wasn't available. They told me Expedia over booked the room. I didn't check in and they didn't issue my refund yet. Please issue my refund ASAP"

"It was close to Niagara Falls. But the part of the carpet was wet. They need to address the shower tile. Or put in a new shower stall. No coffee on the property or microwave so you could heat water for instant coffee. The staff was very kind & help where they could."

"It's a cheap motel good for a place just needed to sleep 1 night. It was not very clean, elevator smelled bad and there was a leak from one of the air conditioner vents on hallway. There was also a big hole behind toilet. No attendant in person. I went through a virtual kiosk, harder to talk to so didn't report issues."
