"Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!"

"Easy to get to. Check in was easy. Very nice host at the front desk. She told us everything we needed to know about Niagara Falls. The room was decent. We did not have very good water pressure tho. "

"One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The staff in not helpful, The staff asked for the deposit in cash when I asked for the receipt she said she will not give any receipt so I asked that I will do the card and she said she cant do that and an argument happened for an 20mins, there are no amenities for us to use. The bathroom is the worst ever, There are stains all over the bed. Drugs usage all over the building, we vacated the hotel and moved to a good hotel next door. I want my refund...

"Shower had no cold water. Person tried to fix, after got tolerable, went in and got back to steaming hot. Electric was lost on and off. Then at 10pm off no electric. Was so tired just went to sleep. Air conditioner had to be turned down to 59 in order to get it a little cooler so I could sleep. Watching TV next AM for news. Lost signal several times. Wish I could get my $100 dollars back. Inside room needs to be fixed! Peeling paint, floor between room and bathroom ripped up covered with tape. I...
