"I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping did not clean my room a single time during my stay. Guests were expected to leave trash and wet towels outside their doors or dispose of them themselves. If you needed fresh towels or toiletries, you had to go to the front desk and request them. On the positive side, the hotel was clean overall, the breakfast was decent, and the pool was enjoyable. However, the lack of housekeeping service was disappointing and affected the overall experience."

"Extremely noisy fan in washroom"

"The deposit was $400 which is way more than a 5 star or luxury hotel. Very disappointing. Also the customer service was very slow you had to ring the bell but it took over 5 minutes for someone to let me in to the front desk. The cleanliness was great and no complaints about the room. Everything else was a no for me. "

"We had 2 beds and a pull out overlooking Horseshoe and American falls. The room and the view were incredible. The floor plan didn't make sense. You can see the falls from the jetted tub through a sliding window in the bathroom but the queen and pull out beds are in the room in between. What's the point of the view from the tub if you're sharing the room with the kids? The toilet can only be accessed by walking between the shower and tub so if either is in use, the rest of the family has to...

"Check in was a very lengthy ordeal. Someone set our room clock alarm to 6am and made for an unwanted early morning when my 3 year old couldn’t fall back to sleep, and left us all exhausted for the day."

"Beautiful view of Niagara Falls. It was so pleasant to sit in the lobby or the room and watch the falls. Great for the evening light show and fireworks. Pleasant stay and excellent dinner at Morton’s."

"My room had a strong, suffocating smell of menthol that triggered my partner’s asthma and gave me watery eyes and a headache. The window was tiny and didn’t open anyway. When we complained, they tried to insinuate that we might have somehow been responsible for the smell. After much back and forth, they finally upgraded us to a better room. If you are looking for something affordable and close to everything, this is good. But not aesthetically pleasing at all. I won’t be going back."

"Stayed 5 nights with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Hotel overall is nice. Little outdated in some areas but still a very nice stay. The room was very large and spacious. Shower provided warm water instantly. TV and internet were a little disappointing. Internet was very bad. Would always lose internet service. "The property is dated. Bathrooms are small but the shower is a walk-in which was nice. A/C in the rooms is minimal at best. Location is ideal, making getting around easy."
