"Not a good experience. Room wasn’t available when we arrived at 11:30. We had to wait 20 minutes for reception to find room which was aggravating after a long drive and feeling tired. Parking garage was gross with overflowing trash containers. Would recommend other hotel options if available."

"Upon check-in, I requested that my membership QR code be scanned. However, the front desk informed me that this stay would not qualify for stay credits and did not scan my QR code.
