Staff don’t know how to program keys. My key worked for entry to room initially. Went to dinner, came back, key didn’t work. Front desk programmed again. Got in. Tested it next morning before leaving, didn’t work. Had front desk program again, said it wouldn’t happen again but returned from being gone all day...
