"Just perfect….location, mattress, price, near canal and restaurants… oh ya staff too!"

"I would never stay at this motel again. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

"The view of Otsego Lake is wonderful. The access to Cooperstown village is easily doable. It's just a great place."

"I honestly thought it was a great place. Motels aren't for everyone, but if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Cooperstown, I feel like this place is a definite winner."

"The property was great for what I needed it for: a cheap place close to the Herkimer Diamond Mine (about 10 minutes). It is dated, but you expect that with the price. The worst part was the AC did not work super great, although not bad enough to tell someone. It was very clean, and staff was friendly, although they did seem annoyed with how late we showed. Love the little kitchen nook but wish it had a coffee maker."

"The room was clean. Breakfast was not stellar. The air conditioning was top-notch. The grout around the tiles on the bathroom flor was cracked and loose. The hotel was quiet st night. Parking was convenient. All around a decent stay."
