"Great location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though you’re sent an email stating it’s self check-in, we were greeted by the manager when we arrived. Very friendly, and, she baked cookies for arriving guests! The grounds are beautiful; wrap around porch, hiking trails right out the back of the property. If you’re looking for a unique experience, this is place!"

"Valerie and Eric were great hosts, very warm, inviting and knowledgeable about the area regarding restaurants and sightseeing. Check in/check out was easy. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Not all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, but if your room doesn’t have one, a private bathroom is reserved for your use only that is steps away. And the breakfasts were great!"

"We really enjoyed our hosts George and Sandra. George made excellent suggestions for restaurants and sites in the area. Sandra made delicious baked goods and breakfasts. Coffee was great. The house is beautifully furnished. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the town center and has a lovely garden!"

"The stay was awesome and the proprietor was wonderful. When we first drove into the city we were concerned about our surroundings but once we arrived we couldn't have been happier. The street Kingston Bed and Breakfast was on is a treasure trove of history surrounded by houses and buildings dating back to the late 1700s, early 1800s all well preserved and welcoming. The inn was everything one could ask for. The owner was a wonderful woman named Alicia and she runs a very comfortable, clean and...
