"In general, good hotel and I have stayed OK. One of the reasons I have chosen this hotel was that there is a spa. However I was a little bit disappointed compared with APA hotel. Spa-wise, if there was bubble bath it was much better and also towels provided were not enough. Having asked to use towel provided in the rooms also used in the spa as well. The face towel should have provided more than one."

"Laundry availability is 4 washing and drying machines. Many times owners of the wash left the load in and did not pick up timely. The hotel gives them an 1-hour grace time to pickup after the load is done. It means during busy times, many guest are left hanging. To improve time-effectiveness of using the washing machines, the hotel can consider adding a feature on the pay interface to register the room# of the guest using the machine. When the load is done and other guests are waiting, the front desk could alert the owner of the load to pick up timely. Failing that, the hotel should charge 'delinquent' guest (owner of the a finished and not-picked-up load) a service charge to unload and store the load for them. I was waiting for an hour at the machine before the front desk would come up and cleaned out the load as per their policy."

"Nice clean and comfortable room, only thing that was missing from it was USB sockets for charging devices (first world problems...). Staff were helpful and l was able to leave my bag prior to check-in and again leave it after checking out. "
