"Friendly staff"

"I love the customer service"

"The suite was very spacious and clean. We hadn't stayed in that spacious a room/suite in a very long time. The room had wrap around windows and a beautiful view of Downtown Wilmington and beyond. The suite was light filled and at night it was deeply quiet. The kitchen, bathroom, bed and nightstands were clean and we loved that the headboard was faux leather instead of cloth, so it is easy to clean and does not hold dust, dirt or stains. The floors were faux wood which was also appealing ...

"Computers were down upon arrival. Given a room that was already occupied. Then given a different room and it had a horrible Odor to it. Toliet was recently used. Night staff was rude and not helpful. Next morning someone tried to enter room."

"The Hampton Inn brand used to mean something, and it may still at other locations. Just not in Media, PA. The list of things that were not in the room, is too lengthy. But all the normal things, I.e. microwave, paper, pencil/pen, trash in the bathroom, phone book… don’t exist anymore apparently. The king size bed was intolerably firm, to the extent I woke up every 2 hours with back cramps. Night light to find the bath in the middle of the night, nope! Remote with at cover for the batteries,...

"The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, eggs/waffles/yogurt parfait station. Would stay again. Surrounding area felt safe and was easy to access."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team was personable, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the convenient parking—it’s free after 6:00 p.m. on weekends and reasonably priced during the week. The location is another major highlight. "Really enjoyed this hotel. Very comfortable room. Odd thing to compliment, but the shower was amazing! Perfect water pressure and easy to operate. Accessed HBO Max to binge watch The Pitt during our downtime. Breakfast was very good—lots of options. Great location for what we wanted—close to many dining options. Close enough to the city to go explore but far enough away from the crowds and noise."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean overall but there was black mole on the wall of the shower/tub. The hot tub was out of service and the pool was so cold I was only able to get in once for a very few minutes. The lack of amenities was very disappointing since they were the primary reason I chose to stay there."

"Nice room & convenient first floor location... though, facing the car-patk was not desirable. Would have liked other hot breakfast options ie scrambled eggs & bacon. There was ongoing difficulty with waffle maker which discouraged folks from using it. Hotel was in easy proximity to Longwood Gsrdens & Brandywine Museum of Art... a definite plus!"
