Hi Marc, I am really sorry to here that you did not enjoy your stay with us this time, especially being a regular guest here. I really do apologise for the loud noises that you had to experience during the night. With regards to your request to move to a higher floor as the Christmas party music was loud, this should have been facilitated for you. I also really apologise for the lack of empathy received on check out - this should have been dealt with in a more understanding and explanatory way. The Majestic Hotel's team works hard to maintain high standards across all areas of the hotel and we are very disappointed that you did not experience that with us this time. Hi Valerie, I am very sorry to hear about this and I am shocked that you left after being here for 10 minutes. There was perhaps an alternative room we could have given you or sorted some of your issues. I can assure you the room amenities and bedding and hotel facilities are not run down, and actually extensive renovations have occurred continuously over the last number of years.
