"This was hands down the most amazing stay we could have asked for during our last minute vacation. For this place to have only been open for 2 weeks from the time we checked in, it was smoothly operated and felt like a finely tuned instrument. The check-in process was seamless and we were able to park, pay for parking, and walk into our room in less than 10-15 minutes. "Beautiful renovated modern property right on a lovely beach. Room was great. Great restaurant. Only complaint is they list as Expedia VIP but they didn’t honor it when I arrived. They argued about it and tried to charge $800 per night more for the upgrade which is free to VIP members. Even the manager did not understand it. They shouldn’t be on the program if they do not honor it. I would return."

"The pictures on the website are very miss leadin. The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom was step-in, sit down, and step-out. I was very much looking forward to staying at that hotel but w did not! The first flush of the toilet was a clog drain. The desk person asked if we thought a plunger would work.
