"Beautiful renovated modern property right on a lovely beach. Room was great. Great restaurant. Only complaint is they list as Expedia VIP but they didn’t honor it when I arrived. They argued about it and tried to charge $800 per night more for the upgrade which is free to VIP members. Even the manager did not understand it. They shouldn’t be on the program if they do not honor it. I would return."

"You can see the ocean, but not the beach, however amazing sunsets. Steps to the beach. We had an amazing 2 bedroom with very large balcony. Area has tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and great shops. Good area to stay. Place is a little dated and our stone shower basin was kinda crumbling and small rocks would collect at the drain. And our towel bar would fall off occassionaly. Very quiet at night and even during the day despite being off South Coast Hwy. there are also spots with live music nearby. Best of all you can go have a coffee and sit on a bench at the steps of the beach in the morning - very peaceful and amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. I’d definitely stay again, just hope they’d make some upgrades. Oh and parking is including for guests. "

"This was hands down the most amazing stay we could have asked for during our last minute vacation. For this place to have only been open for 2 weeks from the time we checked in, it was smoothly operated and felt like a finely tuned instrument. The check-in process was seamless and we were able to park, pay for parking, and walk into our room in less than 10-15 minutes. We were greeted at the lobby by Ruben who is an amazing host that helped us navigate Laguna as if we were locals. With his advice we were able to enjoy the things around us that were only 3-10 minute-long walks away from our location. Everything was so conveniently placed around us and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you Mara! Thank you Ruben! We hope to see you soon again! "
