For this place to have only been open for 2 weeks from the time we checked in, it was smoothly operated and felt like a finely tuned instrument. "Our room air conditioner was extremely loud and even woke us up when it came on at night. To get hot water in the sink we had to turn on the bathtub full blast so it got to the sink. Really? "Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is very old and outdated, and the cleanliness was not up to standard. The shower was dirty and even had hair stuck to the shower walls, which was very unpleasant. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, it’s just a block away from the beach, which was convenient. Other than that, I would not stay here again."

"Beautiful renovated modern property right on a lovely beach. Room was great. Great restaurant. Only complaint is they list as Expedia VIP but they didn’t honor it when I arrived. They argued about it and tried to charge $800 per night more for the upgrade which is free to VIP members. Even the manager did not understand it.
