"Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day."

"Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."

"The man at the desk acted like it was a hassle to come and check me in and then I didn't get a receipt or anything. The mirror had words written on it that apparently don't come off easily. The baseboard was missing around the floor in some areas and the hallway was in obvious need of some paint and care. It was not a nice place but it was close to the airport. "

"The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. None of the supposedly four carts were observed at the entrance or on the...

"Cameron was incredibly sweet throughout the entire check-in process and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The customer service was exceptional from everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The entire team went above and beyond and truly made our stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours, but otherwise everything was wonderful."

"It seemed to be an older facility-well managed and still clean but in need of some loving re-investment . Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money."

"Very nice and quiet when I booked a room later in the night. Front desk was very kind and helped me with checking in quickly and efficiently. Room was clean and spacious for a double room. Smaller bathroom but not a big deal. Breakfast was nice and early which I appreciated since I had an early start after check out."

"We got as far as check in and immediately asked for a refund and checked out. The lobby was very run down and filthy. All of the furniture and rugs in lobby had stains. Our rooms had broken drywall, stains and liquid on the table, small black hairs on our bedding with a couple stains on the sheets. The room and hallways had a very musty odor. The only positive was the front staff didn’t question our refund and immediately honored our request"
