Not the best start when the fire alarm went off just after we'd arrived. Towels weren't changed until 4 pm. Long wait in restaurant. No sandwiches available on room service.

Room had broken light fitting , cob web ,and stain on the carpet ,about to run a bath and there was someone else hair in the bath and on the wall so as wanted to get ready to go out cleaned it ourselves then run myself a bath gets it and all of a sudden the water is brown scummy and something brown ...
