"The hotel staff was AMAZING and SO FRIENDLY! The only complaint we had was a Resort fee of $30/day we weren’t aware of until we got our bill at the end of our stay and the hotel gives you $30/day gift cards for tours that were almost impossible to use and you can only use one a day (if you can even book anything through the site as you can’t book in person).
